0 sound on Revenant footsteps

Besides the usual no sound issues I encountered the most problems with Revenant footsteps having 0 sound no matter what direction he is comming from. Usually the "no sound" happens when an enemy is behind you, but with Revenant it happens 9 out of 10 times no matter the direction he is comming from.

And I'm not talking about hes crouch walking where he has no sound, I'm talking about full sending and running.

My setup is IEM headphones plugged into the motherboard. No equalizers just standard stereo.
