Apex Legends content missing

I’m facing an issue where some Apex Legends content seems to be missing, such as certain features or items that were available before. I’ve checked for updates and verified game files, but the issue is still there. Similar problems often happen with modified apps like WA mody, where features disappear after updates or sync issues.

Sorry to hear your progress seems to have gone missing. Usually when this happens, it's due to unlinking a platform or linking one to a different EA account. 

Progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. This means if you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress and it will appear to have reset. Progress cannot be moved between different accounts.

We are not able to make any changes to your account status or progress via the forums, but if something was linked or unlinked incorrectly it may be worth contacting support to see if the original platform can be re-linked. They should also be able to help take a look if you're uncertain which other emails may have been used for an account.
