To clarify the cafe risk: EA anti-cheat logs show all sessions on March 7 used the **same IP** with normal activity (no cheat flags), matching a legitimate PC switch after power outage – not prior user compromise.

Also, (as far as I'm aware of), when the EA TOS Team reviews your appeal, they should have a copy of the logs as well.

huaiwumu They cannot escalate ban related issues as you would need to contact the EA TOS Team yourself.
