Same thing happened to me on feb. 20th only I got 50 apex packs still haven’t received anything and I got in contact with live support they couldn’t do anything for me

For the past three days, I've been contacting support, but they keep telling me there's nothing they can do or that technical support will review my case. They told me it's a bug, but they take my money and offer no solution.
