4k badge not given to my account

I joined a normal trios match where i dealt 4200 damage as octane when i returned to the lovby screen i received a 3k badge. I have a screenshot of the screen where i dealt 4200 damage as octane. Could this be a bug that happened to others or only something i experienced ? I apologize for bad quality photo.
