Hey folks,

Sorry for the concern this is still causing with the boosted packs.

To clarify, in the situations where we're seeing this occur the items are delivered to your collection immediately once the packs are opened. Unfortunately however, the server error prevents the notifications from appearing to mark which items are new to your collection.

We've raised that aspect with the team, but currently aside from checking through the collection manually to see what's new, reaching out to the support team to see what visibility they can share into specific pack items would be the best bet.
