“Guys, as far as I understand, EA won't help us. They're saying: You opened the packs, "even if you got server error", the items were given to you. But since you didn't receive a red notification, you think the items weren't given to you, but in fact, the items were delivered to you. They're saying you're just not aware of it.”
I've been playing this game since the year it was released. I log in every day and play regularly. I know exactly what I have and what I don't have. When you open 50 boosted packs, you know very well that something worthwhile comes out.
Is this the value you give to a player who's been with you for all these years?
I 100% agree. Really upset with the way this is being handled. I know for a fact there were not new items in my inventory
