+500 Apex Packs opened and still no Heirloom Shards
I'm currently a +600 level player, i've opened more than 500 Apex Packs and still got no Heirloom Shards. I've been playing on and off for multiple years and i see it's kinda unfair.
Apex packs keep giving common and rare items. Note that even the rare one drops one a time.
Can you please look into the matter cause it's kinda discouraging.

We've very recently done a check of this system to make sure it's working correctly, and fortunately that is still the case.
If you haven't yet received Heirloom Shards, that would just mean you're not quite at 500 packs opened. Keep in mind, the following pack types do not count towards the bonus Heirloom Shards. If you had included any of these in your calculations, that may be why you're not quite where you think you should be:
- Collection Event Pack
- Thematic Event Pack
- Milestone Event Pack
- Collection Retro Pack
This is otherwise working as intended, so unless you're fortunate enough to just have them drop in a pack before that point, you can absolutely expect to see them once you cross that 500-pack mark. Thanks and best of luck!
