99% packet loss freeze frame battle royale issue

It’s not an issue with their network if friends are experiencing it. I’m having the same issue, but only when I’m connected to the St. Louis or Dallas data centers. I’m connected via ethernet, I have no packet loss in any other games nor via any tests I run, but I have to connect to the Salt Lake City data center—which has 30 higher ping than St. Louis—because after a mach or two on STL, my packet loss spikes to 90 from 0 (whereas I get 0 packet loss on SLC data center). 

Hey @carodjah issues with packet loss point to a network or ISP issue. If your ISP routing to certain IP addresses is resulting in packet loss then I'd recommend speaking with your ISP.

hi @EA_Darko 

I’m wondering what I’m supposed to call and talk to my ISP about? I have all ports forwarded that are listed by EA’s help site, I only EVER experience packet loss issues in Apex Legends, and only EVER when connected to the STL or Dallas data centers, I’m connected via ethernet as directed, and our ISP is a rural fibre provider. What would I ask or explain to the level 1 tech support agent on the phone to solve this issue? 

This isn’t an ISP issue. It’s a bug. If my friends and I, all with different ISPs, experience the same issue, only on this game and nowhere else, not even on other EA games, it’s not a network issue. We even get it at the exact same time when it does happen.

It’s clear this isn’t going anywhere. This is either a server issue or a bug; my 300mbps Ethernet that never drops out for anything isn’t the issue here.
