A friend gave me a gift, but I didn't receive it

I didn't receive the Apex Legends items my best friend sent me! It has been 2 days! It is still missing!

    I have tried millions of times! It doesn't work at all! My gifts are still missing! They guys just tell me to wait wait wait wait!
