There is a lot of useful info in the blog above as well as links to EA's ToS team and Help site/s. Thes could help with a ban appeal.
I actually think that the issue at hand is that you used unsafe hardware to access your account. An E-sports hotel is just a glorified internet cafe. All sorts of bad thing can happen to gaming and personal accounts when you access them via this method. You do not know what software is on the PC etc that is collecting your personal information. Not just your gaming information.
Key stroke logger etc. There could even be cheating software on that and you would not know.
At this point I would not be as worried about the gaming account. You should probably make sure your e-mail acccount/s have not been compromised as well as any other type of account that you may have accessed there, banking, credit card, other payment methods, cell phone etc.
You do not even know who used that hardware in the past and or if that hardware has a hardware ban on it.
