accidental buy

Hello, I was playing Apex Legends on PC and I accidentally purchased the "Publicity Stunt" banner frame for Octane using Crafting Metals just a few minutes ago. I had no intention of purchasing this item; it was a mistake while navigating through the in-game menu. I would like to request a refund/reversal for this purchase and to have my Crafting Metals returned to my account. I understand that purchases are subject to certain conditions, but I would really appreciate it if you could review my case and help me recover my materials. Thank you very much for your time and assistance.
