    I don’t actually have a PC account, I only play on Xbox & it’s a digital code.

    Hi @marisaxp,

    I'm afraid we don't have a way to transfer over Apex Coins from one platform to another. If you haven't yet redeemed the code to your account it may be possible to get a refund through the retailer.

    The best thing to do would be to reach out to the store where the card was purchased to see if there's anything they could do to help out with that.

  • Okay, I see. If I was to log into my account on a PC and enter the code would i then be eligible?? Thanks for the response.

    @marisaxp

    If you redeem the code on PC those coins will be added to your Apex Legends account, but they can only be used if you're playing on PC. You wouldn't see them on your account if you log into the game on your Xbox. The platforms are separate, so your coins don't carry over between them.
