Accidentally linked my account to a diffrent one

Hello, I linked my main xbox account to a wrong steam account. I don't want to loose my main account so can someone help me and tell me what should I do now?

You lose progress when you unlink your platform account from your EA Account that has all your progress originally.

So if you unlinked any platform account just to connect it to a different EA Account, it will result to progression loss.
Can you give me more information as to what is exactly you're trying to do in this matter?

@TheRedLion93 yeah I have 2 questions:
- I dont know if it is possible for ea to relink my xbox account to a diffrent ea account (or switch the steam accounts)
- Is there a live chat ea support?

Have you tried using the steps on how to link the right account to your EA Profile with the link I provided?

And the link to get into contact in any way with Support is also in the second link I provided.

@TheRedLion93 but I would have to unlink it first which would result in losing the account (btw thanks for help)

Understood.

Whichever your EA Account your Xbox Account was under, needs to be re-linked to that previous EA Profile since it holds saved data. By doing so, you should get all of your progress back.

Do you have 2 different EA Accounts?

So make sure that whichever your Xbox Account was under needs to be linked back to the previous EA Account that has all of your progress from Apex Legends.

@TheRedLion93 so you suggest that i should unlink the xbox account to a diffrent ea account with the risk of loosing progress from the xbox account?
