Account Falsely Banned
It's been a little more than 3 weeks of being permanently banned on Apex Legends for something I did not do.
It's been so unfair to me because now I'm going to miss out on special in-game events and new items for my favorite characters, and mostly playing the game I love most and that's kept me so happy for the last almost 2 years. I've only been suspended once, which was a 1 week suspension last March, and I've never had any other suspensions since then. Since my account was involved in an, and only the second, incident that took place nowhere in my knowledge or control, I've been permanently banned when the rules say that a user's account is supposed to get a 2 week suspension after the second violation takes place. So how does it make sense to permanently ban someone, whether they're the cause of an incident or not, after they've only had a 1 week suspension for their first ever violation and not even receive the 2 week suspension for their second violation??
If anyone or any of the community managers can help me bring this up to whatever team that deals with suspensions and bans, please do so? Because I want that to be justified.

As far I'm aware, Community Managers don't really assist with such issues, even if it's just putting in a word for someone that got banned.
Next to that, AHQ is a community forum, so overall account issues like bans cannot be helped with on here.
In this case you'll still have to go through the normal process of contacting the TOS team if you want to dispute the ban.
Bans are also decided on a case-by-case basis, so actions don't always follow a pattern, hence why some players might get permabanned before even getting a temporary suspension.
