My EA account was hacked then then got banned on the same day when I tried to appeal the banned they said I was cheating but I did not have access to the account and had the help of EA support chat to get the account back to my email instead of the hacker's email as he changed my email. Is there a way to get my Apex Legends unbanned?

I believe I did mention the fact that my account was hacked and even had to get access to EA help chat to be able to get the account back and yet EA support mail declined my appeal?
