Server performance and Direct X12 compatibility issues

I would like to express my disappointment with the current server selection for the game. While I understand that reducing the number of servers was intended to help prevent cheaters, this has not help stop them or help pinning the location or stopped them from escaping your view. and this change has had a negative impact on players located in Western and Northern Europe causing latency and lag.
The issue is that data now has to travel farther, passing through multiple countries and connection points, which creates bottlenecks and busy routes. This leads to higher latency, lag, and generally higher ping for many players. Because of this, I’d like to request that you consider adding Amazon’s EU West Server 1 or 2. Doing so would reduce network congestion, improve connection stability, and help balance the overall server load for Europe.
Currently, Europe only has one central server region, yet the continent is roughly the same size as the United States, which has three dedicated servers to balance both load and latency this is also the same for Asia which have three servers. Adding another Europe server would greatly benefit European Apex players in terms of smoother performance and fairer gameplay conditions for example higher ping and loosing more fights in game causing players not wanting to play as its not fair.
Secondly, I’d like to bring up an issue I’ve noticed with DirectX 12. Although the developers have stated that DirectX 12 provides better performance and efficiency, I’ve observed that it actually introduces higher server latency compared to when using DirectX 11 when it was available. This suggests that there may be compatibility or optimization issues between the game engine for example the age and support and updates it receive but this could also be a Servers, Anti-cheat or even DirectX 12 issue.
I recommend that the developers investigate how the engine and servers handle data under DirectX 12 versus DirectX 11 to test this please actually go into match servers and not firing range as firing range is the one mode that is mostly optimised for this issue maybe because more time was spent on it. Improving this could enhance not only network performance but also the overall gameplay experience for everyone not just Europe.
