Apex legends.so i have a xbox account that i have played in and am level 67 maybe and i played in it in my pc but disinstalled it 4 mounths later a came back but i played in steam i liked steam with my ea account but dident get any items or levels so i got back to ea but same my xbox account is liked but nothing help

Progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. This means if you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress.
It looks like that may be what happened here, as this EA account hasn't launched Apex on Xbox at all and it's only recently accessed it on PC. You would need to re-link your platforms to their original EA accounts to try restoring access to any missing progress.
