Hey memesodel,

Unfortunately, if you've spoken with support and they were not able to assist with this, there aren't any other steps we could suggest. If this was lost so long ago that no progress has shown back up, I'm afraid there's nothing we'd be able to manually review or grant at this point, sorry to say.

It kind of was offered though btw. When i first logged in with Origin it asked if i wanted to use "Local save from 2026" or "Remote save from 2021". I picked latter but something must've bugged out. Maybe there's still some hope?

PS: I tried reinstalling the game afterwards on both Steam and Origin but that didn't ever trigger another sync suggestion sadly ):
