littlelawdad To be transparent with you, it's not uncommon for players to unintentionally create a new EA account over time. If your account information page showed you joined us after you first started playing Apex (post-2020), then that confirms the existence of another EA account.
It can be difficult to locate that account, especially if the email associated with your current account is the only one you're aware of. However, unlike with an account data wipe, if you are able to find it, you would be able to regain access to your progress. In the meantime, it'd be best to comb through your inbox for emails about unlinking or game purchases around the time when you first started playing Apex.
