Account progression lost and reset to level 1.

Question

I had my account lvl 200 ish and stopped playing the game at one moment. After uninstalling the game and taking a few months of playing the game, I came back and realised my account was resetted to level 1. I never was banned in my life, I never unlinked the account, I never did anything else than uninstalling and then uninstalling the game (through Steam). This happened 2 or 3 years ago, and has been really frustrating. I lost all my progress, all my skins, all my characters, all my ranked progress as well. It's like I never played the game.

NanoPujol_​ From the sound of it, you may be logged into the wrong Steam Account as your Apex Progress is stored on the EA Account level, but if the Steam Account is the correct account, then there may had been an unlink and/or relink somewhere which had caused the loss of your Apex Progress.

With that being said, are you sure you are using the correct Steam Account, and if you are, is it linked to the correct EA Account?
Note: I do not work for EA or for Respawn, I am a volunteer, and if your Apex Progress is still missing after making sure the accounts are properly linked, and that you are using the correct EA Account, then I'm afraid that the progress was lost.
