Account reset to level 1 after unlinking steam account and EA account

Sorry to hear you’ve lost access to your old Apex progress and content.

Since you mentioned that the Steam account was unlinked and relinked around the time Cross Progression was introduced, the timing of that unlink can make a difference.

If the Steam account was unlinked before the Cross Progression merge, content from that platform may not have been included in the merge, and the Cross Progression merge can’t be run again. If it was unlinked after the merge, reconnecting it to the EA Account that originally held the progress may allow you to access that progress again.

Unfortunately, we can’t manually sync or move Apex progress between EA Accounts from the forums.

If you’re unsure which EA Account originally contained the progress, please use the Contact Us option at the bottom of the lost progress guide so the support team can help check the account links.
