Accounts are falsely banned and cannot be resolved

Here we gathered a few people who have the same ban and shockingly they can access and play the game on their Consoles but when they get back on PC with the same apex id it show's them id is banned! So a few of us having a ps5 have tested the same and boom they can also access the id on console but not on pc. So the ban is only platform restricted ? that should not be the case right if your Id is banned for a violation how can we access it on console!
