Same issue here, Haven't been playing it for a month and then I got on the game 2 nights ago only to find out that I was banned. No emails, no ban history. Tried Appealing it but haven't got any feedback, could not have the option of contacting a live operator as well. Also, my account seems to be working just fine on the console but not on the PC. Now I have read the user's terms thoroughly and what I can confirm is that I did not violate any of those terms, I've already got all the purchase history alongside some of my other evidence screenshot and prepared, Really looking forward to someone who could review my case and solve this issue, the account I have has great sentimental value to me and I just don't know what to do right now.
I have been banned for almost 4days as well. I logged on to apex and got the ''The Client's Game account has been banned'' message and haven't been able to play yet. I didn't get any Ban History or email either. I hope this gets fixed.. ☹️

I have been falsed ban on my pc. No email no ban history, support claimed I had no bans. I can log into console right now. I got 6 heirlooms I've lost, since I hate playing on console.
