Admin and Mods Not Doing Anything

I am gonna start off by saying "I stand On what My titles says" I myself am a nintendo switch player. Have been since season 18. I recently started a discussion describing a problem Ive had and Was ignored for a whole day. While other people who made posts got answered in 30 minutes. One person commented saying " They dont care about Switch Players" and here I am agreeing. I need the help to be able to play the game. Its annoying.
