After purchasing the Ultimate Battle Pass+, the pass is downgraded
I am a player from China who has played Apex for over 4k hours on all accounts. After playing Apex 28 Season Update on PC Steam for 20 minutes, I used my Steam balance to purchase the Battle Pass Ultimate+and receive rewards. After logging into the game a few days later, I found that the Ultimate+Pass had changed to the Ultimate version and the variant skin had also been reclaimed. About a day later, I logged back into the game and found that the Ultimate Pass had been downgraded to the regular version purchased with 950 game currency. I contacted EA consultants four times but they couldn't solve the problem. They said there was no way to prove that I had purchased the Ultimate+Pass because they didn't see the rewards obtained in my account. I provided the purchase record of my Steam account details. They still don't recognize the receipt and transaction number that I purchased, so they asked me to communicate with Steam customer service, Steam customer service has been asking me to contact the EA team, but I feel powerless. Buyers are being passed around like football, and EA is just as irresponsible as Steam
