Hello. Apex Legends won't open after one update. The simple anti-cheat isn't responding even during initialization, and nothing I've tried works. I've tried everything I can think of. I've been playing with a paid pass, so this is going to be a waste of money.

Could you let us know which troubleshooting steps you’ve already tried so far? That will help us avoid suggesting the same steps again and narrow down what else may be worth checking.
If you see any error code or specific Easy Anti-Cheat error message when it freezes, please include that as well.
