Sorry to hear your progress seems to have been reset. Usually when this happens, it's due to unlinking a platform or linking one to a different EA account.
Progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. This means if you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress and it will appear to have reset. Progress cannot be moved between different accounts.
In this case it looks like the EA account you're posting with now was very recently created, so if you've played Apex in the past that progress would be on a different account. If you recall any other emails that may have been used in the past, it would be worth checking to see if you're able to sign in there instead.
If you don't have access or can't recall any other emails that may have been used, I'd reach out to support directly so they can take a look with you.
