AMD Software: Adrenaline Edition violates Apex Legends' Rules of Conduct?

Basically, what I already asked in the title > Does AMD Software: Adrenaline Edition and its overlay, Anti-lag, and other features of the tool violate Apex Legends' Rules of Conduct?

I got permabanned on Apex for what they claim is "Gameplay Enhancement" on the 9th of March (re-installed it 2 days later), and it happened on the same day I was tinkering with AMD software (a legit tool, by a legit worldwide company that makes graphic cards, to update drivers for my graphics card that also has graphic enhancement, video recording, FPS dosage, etc.) [https://www.amd.com/en/products/software/adrenalin.html].

I created an account years ago and had about 14 hours in Apex until February this year, when I picked it up again to play. I play casually after work, have 6 games of ranked - mostly play normals with a friend, paid 10e for battle pass.

I had my nervous breakdown with EA help, since they are not helpful at all.

Came to terms with random perma ban, and no chance of getting my account back (that is fine, I'll play other games).

All I want, for my peace of mind, is to get a confirmation that the AMD software overlay, or one or a couple of the features that the software contains, violates Apex Legends' Rules of Conduct, since EA help just sends generic messages.

Thank you
