Anti-Cheat Issues after launching fresh game

I am able to properly play Apex when loading it up for the first time after downloading it; however, any instances afterwards will cause the game to crash with anti-cheat labeling a system file as untrustworthy. 
Attempts at RestoreHealth and Scannow proved ineffective. 
Launch Via Steam
Error Message Untrustworthy File, file is a system file that's linked to "Radeon Settings: Host Settings"
