I also contacted my ISP and they are trying to work out the issue, but probably nothing they can do. The thing is that not only does Apex not work through ethernet, it also completely kills my internet on ethernet too.
I don't have this issue when I use a USB WiFi adapter, but honestly I think I'm just going to delete Apex and forget about it completely. I think this was a sign from God that I should just be done with this company.
They don't even have proper support, and outsource their support to a **bleep**ing forum so that the community can slave for their benefit. Just completely shameful behavior from one of the biggest gaming companies in the world.
