Apex account blocking



Good afternoon!

I have a problem with blocking my account in the Apex Legends game, but I cannot challenge this decision, since there is not a single entry in the "Blocking History". That is why i am here.

The fact is that about two years ago my account was hacked and used as a bot (or something like that), downloading cheats on it and joining some kind of squad, apparently to raise its rating.

I found out about it only when I entered the game once again and saw that I was in another squad, received awards for games that I simply could not play. And when I tried to play with a friend, I was thrown off the server with a message like "Error, account banned".

If you can check the history of games, you will clearly see that those games were played from a different ip. Immediately after I logged in, I changed my password and linked two-factor verification. All this should probably be in the history of changes - I do not know how to prove that I am not lying.

My request is - could you please unban my account - because it is dear to me (there are a lot of games on it) and, if this is the only option, you can roll back all my achievements in the Apex game by making an absolutely empty account.

    @EA_QueenBee As i said - i can't do this steps 'cause i have no buttons to push - the ban history is empty, so i cant dispute that.

    @f4vnus,

    Not all game-specific bans will show up in your ban history, but you should still be able to follow the steps under "Dispute your lock, ban, or suspension" in the article I shared to reach out to terms of service.

    Once again - I have no button "I want to dispute a ban or suspension" on step 4

    @f4vnus,

    I think you're looking in the wrong place.

    The drop down you've clicked on is to, as the name implies, manage your account. It's not to get extra help categories, for that you need to click on "See all topics".
