Thank you for your reply. Actually, I have already contacted EAHelp several times. The first time was through chat support (disconnected), and the second time was the same, but I was instructed to investigate here (HQ), so I contacted them. Since I'm currently being passed around, I would like to contact EAHelp again as instructed. I would like to ask for one piece of advice. What information should I give to EAHelp? 1. The original PSN account, 2. The EA account that was originally connected to PSN. Also, it's very troublesome to communicate, so if possible, I would like to resolve the issue through chat support, but how should I do this? (It doesn't appear as a service menu on the EAHelp problem page)
Ideally, I would like the progress of the PSN that I used as my main account to be transferred to the PC side (either steam or EAapp is OK), and I would like to be able to play on the PC side with my original skins, etc. I look forward to your reply.
you will have to have the information of the original EA account and original PSN account on which you played. Once that is connected again and you can see your progress on PSN (once again, this is not guaranteed to happen), you can log into the EA account that your PSN account is linked to on your PC and the progress there should be the same as on your PSN then.
Once again, just to make sure - there is no guarantee that the progress will reappear and it's not possible to merge progress from two different EA accounts, if that's what you're hoping for. The best case scenario is that you get your PSN progress back on the original EA and PSN account and then play with that on the PC.
To get the live chat option, you will have to choose a topic on the website such as "I need help logging into my account". This should give you the option to contact support via chat.

Thank you for your reply. I will now give you the account information.
①PSN account: K-Caren
②Originally connected EA account: Carennnnn
③Currently connected EA account: karenman999
Is the following correct?
If you reconnect ① and ②, your progress will be restored (or maybe not...), and you will be able to play with your original progress and account on my PC (=cross-progression will be enabled). I will also attach a screenshot of the account information, so please check it. I think you can investigate the history of my account linking and settings, so you should be able to see that both accounts are mine. If you need any additional information, please let me know.

as I already said, you will have to contact Support to get these reconnected. We don't have access to account information here in the forum.
Please follow the link I had previously shared already and ask them to help you reconnect the original accounts.
