My PS account, Steam and EA accounts are all linked on my profile, they are all connected to the same one. I also have never unlinked any of my accounts before.

I wanted to confirm if you are still missing console items.
Can you try closing out both games and relaunching on the Console to check if your items are still there?
If they are, close the game and launch on Steam to see if you notice any changes.
If not can you share a few examples of items that are missing? (please note, some items are not eligible like console specific skins)
