Enderman1436 From what I understand, a fresh install of Windows should not be causing this issue.

Did you by chance install any 3rd party program that may be interfering with the game?

Thanks for the reply.

Yes, I do have general development and system utilities installed (e.g. IDEs, virtualization-related tools), but none are running cheats, mods, or anything that modifies Apex.

The issue happens immediately on first launch after a fresh installation, before reaching the main menu.

If there are known applications, drivers, or services that trigger Easy Anti-Cheat false positives, I’m happy to disable or remove them to test.

Enderman1436 It sounds like it may be this, as Apex doesn't like running when programs like Daemon Tools are running, (and while you didn't mention Daemon Tools specifically, you did mention virtualization, (which may be what is being flagged here)).

Apex also doesn't like programs that alters or changes how the keyboard, mouse, and controllers work, (such as reWASD, DS4Windows and some mouse programs).
