I fixed it ! At my point it was deamon tools software that let the faul apear.

You get that it's not a practical solution to have people disable every startup application, right? Especially when it's right after a game update and never flagged a given system previously?
i have the same problem after today update . i tried closing everything and nothing helped
at least tell me which app is casueing the problem , but even that wouldn't help cuz i closed every app and service and still can't open the game thx EA
