Apex Coin Purchase

I only play the game on Steam but Steam recently updated their currencies in my country so 1000 coin was equivalent for 5.5$ but now it costs 10$. I saw Xbox price is still the old original price 5.5$ on website. I dont own any Xbox but i linked my EA account with Xbox account. If i buy 1000 coins via website can i use it on Steam? As i now cross share is active.
