Apex Coins redeem code is not valid
I have a code for 1000 apex coins but i cant redeem it for some reason. I have tried in game, in ea client and site and non of those seem to work. I enter the code in, it sees that its a code for 1000 apex coins but when i click next after that it just says "An error has occurred while trying to process your request. Please, try again later." on site and "The product code you entered is not valid. Please re-enter the code." in game and in the client, what can i do?

If a code you're trying to redeem is not valid, you'd need to speak with wherever you had purchased the code to see about a replacement.
I'm afraid our support wouldn't be able to assist with codes purchased from third parties that appear invalid.
