Apex crashes in lobby when Ranked/Storm Point is selected

After the update, I log into the game as usual, click continue, and after loading, I see the lobby and crash without any error. My PC: AMD Ryzen 5 2600 Six-Core, Radeon RX 570, B450M H, 16 GB RAM ...

I am facing the same issue and need help. I am unable to play the game.

This problem has been happening since yesterday. I have already reinstalled the game twice, but the issue still persists.

The game freezes right after the loading screen, when I reach the lobby, and then it crashes.

Please help me fix this issue.
