Apex Crashing on a brand new PC

I had just bought a new gaming pc today and wanted to play apex, unfortunately i experienced game freezes every game. Whether it was mid game, in the lobby, on the startup. I have tried many troubleshooting methods and none seem to work, such as disabling all overlays, making sure drivers are up to date, video settings set to low. Nothing seems to work and it's getting frustrating. When it freezes i have no other choice than to turn off my pc as my keyboard doesn't work when its frozen. Any help would be great! I just want to play apex normally and have fun.
