same lost my wraith heriloom due to the merge of my ps5 account being higher level than my pc account just wondering if i get what i spent on my pc account back especially the heirloom

@ISWEATI was your PC account created after the October 26th cut off date? If thats the case, any secondary Apex Legends accounts created after Oct 26th for the same EA account, will not be eligible to be merged.

My username is LuckyHaze and I also lost my heirloom... I've had my apex account on Xbox wayyyy before the cut off and when I cross progressed today it was not there, could you please help me as well. Thank you.

My gt for Xbox is archaicfray same with my pc. I received cross progression and both my accounts are old. I have 4 heirlooms on my Xbox account I didn’t receive and I’m kind of upset. I spent anywhere between 2000-3000$ on the game and waited ages for cp and didn’t even get my stuff. HELP

Hey man, my current account username is heartcrusher236 ive been using this account since literal day 1 of apex. During the migration screen it clearly stated the number of all my currencies and the heirlooms i have/had on my playstation account (bang, rev, and mirage) that were going to be transferred and i still haven’t gotten anything in aboouuutttt 2 weeks? Theres absolutely no way to actually contact anyone and it would cool to use items that ive spent around $400 on (:
I’m having same issue I believe. My Xbox name is VstraightEdgeV and my pc is Jedgy. I have a horizon heirloom on pc and a wraith and Gibraltar on Xbox. When the cross progression popped up it showed me both jedgy and straight but another account I never use which I think was jay20
