Apex error prediction

Hi, I don't know what to do to solve my problem. Basically, as soon as I play Apex, a red logo appears in the game under my performance, this logo is the prediction error which looks like 2 parallel red segments. This logo appears every 10 seconds and causes me a micro freeze. I know that a lot of people have this problem and that no one really manages to solve it, do you have any idea? I should point out that I have very good Ethernet connectivity and a very competitive configuration. Thanks in advance :)
