apex false ban for "Gameplay enhancement"

My account has over 1,900 hours in Apex Legends. I have never shared my account, my Steam and EA accounts have not been compromised, and I have never used cheats, macros, or gameplay-enhancing software. I've spend so much money and invested so much time into this game just to get so unfairly banned for nothing i did 4 re-appeals but i still get the same automatic answer.."denied". I genuinely dont know what to do who to ask for help or where to look... if there was a way for me to prove myself i would i never and will NEVER cheat in any game.

Hey mameto05,

Unfortunately we can't help with or look into bans here on the forums. If our terms of service team has already reviewed multiple appeals and decided to uphold the ban, then I'm afraid that it's likely that your EA account will stay banned. They have the final say on these matters.

i had 9 heirlooms, 5 years of bp's and thousands of skins and i dont even wanna know the amount of packs i have opened there is no way that in the big 2026 this should be acceptable to get benned out of nowhere for no reason when meanwhile actual cheaters go play freely ...i hate how i see the green "solved" mark on the forum because this is nowhere close to be solved when i dont get any communications from ea, i requested multiple times to get an answer what they have detected for me to get banned and i just resive the same ai bot email...i cant stand this

Same thing happened to me I’ve appealed all 10 time to just the same “sorry ur staying banned loser” automated reply. Your best case is to just make a new account and continue on player on there because chancing of getting unbanned are highly unlikely. My account had 5 heirlooms and countless other stuff and I’m only a plat player with around a 1 kd. Just gonna have to deal with the EA support never helping with anything lmao.

but how is that fair when i never cheated and i just got banned out of nowhere i havent even played like in weeks because of work its not like i was banned in match
