apex is freezing my pc

i can open the game on both steam and EA but once ive had it opened for 5-10 minutes it freezes my wholes pc and i have to do a hard restart ive never had an issue this bad and it was just working fine 2 days ago so i have no idea what the issue is.

i have tried uninstalling and reinstalling
i have tried repairing and verifying the files
i have tried enabling dynamic spot shadows

i would like to try repairing the game through easyanticheat but it will not open for me i have tried numerous times, have tried using command prompt too, didnt work

is there anything else for me to do
