I forgot to add that I also tried to ask the helpers if I was able to speak with a higher up like a supervisor or manager. But they declined and said that it was not possible, I got one helper to ask the Game Team supposedly ( I think she waited 10 minutes to respond to tell me the same thing ) and the helper said "The Game Team told me to relay the same message onto you that you will just have to wait'. In what other service can you tell a consumer that you have to 'wait' and the wait is 6 days and there is no answer or solution to why you have to wait.
I believe I am coming off very rude with my rant but I am very frustrated on the loss of stats I have lost this week. It also seems that I will not be able to play The Season 8 launch tomorrow with the updates I have been receiving on the server ( zero updates btw ). As a day 1 player of this game let me tell you this just hurts my heart because it will be the first season launch that I miss.
If anyone else is experiencing this problem, do not waste your time on the EA help forums because it does not seem like they know how to fix this ERROR. Just keep logging onto your account and trying every couple of hours. In the mean time create an alternate account because it does not seem like they have an official date on this server fix.
