Apex Lag ingame / unplayable

im having the same issues cant have fun no more playing ranked on apex. really makes me feel some type of way of EA knowing how many people love spending money on heirlooms and skins(including me) just for the game to be lagging having issues, saying im on the correct server with 12 ping but alot of pack loss is crazy lol.  I understand there gonna be issues here and there but lets be real are you guys as a company really not making enough money to have servers that are strong. Just to clearify that yes i have good wifi and im wired to my internet. ive looked on reddit and youtube of different ways people are trying to fix this issue and its sad that we as players have to do things like this for games we love from a company who doesnt really seem to care let alone make it wasy for us to reach them.  please ea fix da game im too deep in with how much money ive put into this game lmao.
