apex lag

i just played a match and didnt get RP for it , i was in a d4 ranked game and in top 10 . my game crashes out , and kicks me out of the match like i never even qued for it , its unfair that i losee my rp like this

Sorry you're running into this when just trying to rank up before the end of the season, benbenSilverhand.

If you haven't had a chance, going through these steps can help in a number of situations if you're regularly running into lag or disconnections. We're not able to grant or restore RP, but hopefully that can help prevent this from happening again in the future.
