Apex Legend Editions - Codes Not Working

I've managed to buy Apex legends Bloodhound edition for PS4 from Amazon managed to put the code in and for some odd reason it's not working need help i even tried to restart my console and it still d...

Mcb112234 I had double checked, and the seller for that listing is indeed EA according to EA Help. However, I'm not sure why EA on Amazon are still selling the codes if those codes do not work, (but hopefully something can be done about it, (although, it is possible that you would have to request a refund or something like that through Amazon)).

    Yeah, I've already notified EA to remove the listing since the codes don't seem to work.

    I just wish I was able to do more, but sadly I'm not able to, (and I don't think EA Support can do much either since its an issue with a code, but you could always try contacting them).

  So I won't get another code because I don't wanna get a refund but if I can't get it. It's fine but EA needs to return the legends editions or remove them from Amazon. Because that false advertisement to scam someone with realize it. Thank you for trying to help find the solution tho
