Apex Legends - constant lagging

Hi,

I'm experiencing lagging in every single game of Apex Legends that I play. It doesn’t matter what time of day, although it appears to be even worse in the evening. It even lags when I’m not even in a game, when it’s the character on the home page with all the settings. 

I’ve already gone down the internet route and there is no problems with my connections, my ping or my speed.

We've already restored our Xbox to factory settings, it’s already connected with a lead, reloaded the game, we even got a new xbox.. 

Why is this game lagging so much? It happens with Fifa as well.. 

Would appreciate some support with this.

    QoS is something you see on more recent routers. Especially ones intended for gaming. As far as this issue goes, we're investigating connection issues so hopefully, if there's an issue found, that takes care of it. Otherwise, I think you've done about everything I can suggest.     Do you have a PC? If so, can you run a UO Trace and take a screenshot of the results? The instructions are here. Your PC will need to be wired since you're playing on a wired connection, your PC will also need to be wired.
