I've been playing Apex Legends since 2022. But when I return to the game recently I found all my game progress are lost. I bought skins for Valkyrie and Octane long time ago, and they are all gone. Can somebody tell me what is going on?

DocdotCLAB Are you logging into the same EA Account with any linked platform account still linked to it?
I'm asking because your Apex progress is stored on your EA Account, so if you are using another EA Account or had unlinked and relinked your platform account to another EA Account, that would be why.
